Bright Spectrum Learning

The following services are currently provided by Bright Spectrum Learning. Locations, types of services and times offered will be based on client needs and availability, so please contact us with your expression of interest.

Families, students and educators (where relevant) will be consulted prior to setting learning goals for students receiving 1:1 learning support or extension and these will be regularly assessed and reviewed. Nominated carers will be provided with an update of progress and goals following each session with students who are involved in learning programs.

INDIVIDUAL STUDENT LEARNING SUPPORT

We provide 1:1 student sessions at home and in school to help support and extend students in their learning goals. Some of these areas include: Reading and Writing; Mathematics; assignment and exam preparation; well-being; and self-management and self-advocacy skills.

EDUCATOR, SCHOOL &
FAMILY SUPPORT

Educator, Learning Support, whole-school and family consultation or professional development opportunities can be organised according to individual student, family and school needs. These opportunities are aimed to provide targeted, practical, evidence-based strategies to empower students and their education supporters. Pricing

Clients on self-managed and plan-managed NDIS plans are able to claim costs for learning, well-being and social skills support services based on their current goals and plans.

As of February 2023 fees are:

45 min 1:1 therapy session- $130

(This is inclusive of personalised programming of learning material for your child, resources, 45 min face-to-face session, summary of session emailed to nominated parent/carer, and travel fees)

Recommended for early intervention and primary school-aged clients working primarily on education goals.

60 min 1:1 therapy session- $160

(This is inclusive of personalised programming of learning material for your child, resources, 60 min face-to-face session, summary of session emailed to nominated parent/carer, and travel fees)

Recommended for middle to upper primary- and high school-aged clients working on learning and wellbeing goals.

90 min 1:1 therapy session- $220

(This is inclusive of personalised programming of learning material for your child, resources, 90 min face-to-face session, summary of session emailed to nominated parent/carer, and travel fees)

Recommended for high school-aged clients working on learning and wellbeing goals who may require additional support in preparation for exams or assessments, or who do not attend a regular program.

Options for modified fees are available for families experiencing financial hardship.
Prices will be dependent on individual client (family or school) needs for Professional Development and other consultation services.
